Tai Ji

Since the first widespread promotion of t'ai chi ch'uan's health benefits by Yang Shaohou,


There are five major styles of t'ai chi ch'uan, each named after the Chinese family from which it originated:

I actually didn't really learn but observe.

Is Tai ji also a part of Qi gong.

I practises the opening of hands like, like an eagle though.

Another one that I would like to introduce is to use the circular massage tools to actually hit on the acupuncture points.

I feel it really seems to work. The explanations to able to improve which part of the body really amazes people. Each action of the steps on the face till the neck is like massaging techniques.

Of course it goes with the music.

There is another two more secs. They practice on running , with some exercises and follow by the yoga.

They sit on the straw mat for practices.
